Pomegranate salad

So the other day we had some friends coming for dinner and I made them this salad. Simple as it looks and very delicious. I like how pomegranate seeds make a simple lettuce salad look a bit of fancy. Great trick! Since this recipe is very simple really I think I’m not going to give a method on how to do it, I’ll jsut talk it through instead. I love having people coming over for dinner, tea, breakfast, movies or even for some chit chat♡  The night before the dinner was a tiny disaster with things going on so I had no time for a proper preparation. However, I managed to cook my creamy beef and bake my chocolate and pomegranate tart. No recipe available for the beef since I was in such a hurry I didn’t take any pictures. But stay tuned cause the tart recipe is coming up soon, so don’t miss it out! It’s one to keep. Back to the salad, you can play with it a bit I mean it’s salad add whatever you like in it. Here’s what ingerdiets I used.

Ingredietns:

  • 2 lettuces
  • 2 green peppers
  • 3-4 rusks (from Crete)
  • dill
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • vinegar cream

To make the salad now all you have to do is chop your veggies and add in the bowl. Also add the pomegranate seeds in there and your rusks. Lastly, add the olive oil spices and vinegar. This is it guys!
